Introduction:

BS40-13-45 not only has the characteristics of similar high-level pump mortar, can also directly used for mortar spraying operation function, large capacity, high efficiency, large area of the spraying operations of metope,suitable for high-rise building wet mixing mortar, and used for dry mortar, most importantly is the machine suitable for more than 100 meters of high-rise building mortar spraying, transmission joint operation ability, integrating transportation, spraying.

High efficiency hydraulic double cylinder piston pump system, electrohydraulic combined control, adopts S tube valve distribution form, glasses plate and the floating ring using cemented carbide cutting, high wear resistance. Flow more smooth, more stable spraying. Using automatic centralized lubrication system, longer service life of mortar piston, and further optimize the pumping flow path, reduce pumping resistance.

2. Advanced hydraulic system gear automatic adjustment technology, working condition of intelligent
matching displacement. High reliability of components, give priority to with variable pump.

3. Accurate control system adopts the intelligent controller, high speed and reliable running. Phase sequence automatic detection, the start is more reliable. The remote wireless remote control, convenient operation.
