1. Strictly perform the operation according to the requirements of the usual construction process;
2, the aggregate should use the quality of the medium sand, the mud content can not be too large;
3. When the wind is at level 4 or above, spraying shall not be carried out. Spraying construction is strictly prohibited in heavy rain;
4. Before the spraying, the base layer should be kept clean, release agent, and no oil stains.
5. When spraying, the concrete base layer should be watered and moistened in advance to ensure the effective and firm adhesion of the interface agent;
6. The blasting slurry should cover all construction interfaces relatively evenly;
7. The second injection treatment should be carried out on the part with uneven injection. In the tunnel shotcreting, it should be strictly in accordance with the precautions, so that the effect of the spray will be guaranteed, and the tunnel shotcrete has a small working dust concentration and is sprayed back. The advantages of less bombs, protecting the working environment, saving raw materials, improving the quality of the spray layer, and easy operation and maintenance.
